I can no longer access mail via the web browser. Prior to today we just linked straight to the mail file and entered the username and internet password. Now the signon box appears but keeps reappearing after the signon attempt and the mail file won't display. Finally the Error 401 User not authenticated page displays. I have stopped and restarted the HTTP server without any success. No changes have been made to the server settings and all settings appear to be correct. Any help is appreciated.
